ContactContact the MemoHoney counter: which address does what
Tracking, changes and refunds go to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 or contact@customercs.com. Corrections to these pages, privacy questions and press go to contact@Memohoneya.com, which is answered Monday to Friday and cannot see orders, payments or parcels. Sending an order question to the second address costs a day.
Two routes, and the one thing that decides which you need.
The MemoHoney contact routes in full
| What you need | Where to send it | What they can do |
|---|---|---|
| A refund or a return | +1 (302) 200-3480 | Start it, issue the return authorisation and give you the return address |
| Tracking, or a parcel that has not arrived | +1 (302) 200-3480 | See the order, open a case with the carrier |
| A change to an order already placed | +1 (302) 200-3480 | Amend it if the parcel has not shipped. Call quickly |
| The same, in writing | contact@customercs.com | The same desk, slower, with a record you keep |
| A Supplement Facts panel or a certificate | contact@customercs.com | Pass the request to whoever holds the document |
| A correction to this website | contact@Memohoneya.com | Fix the page and move the review date forward |
| A privacy request | contact@Memohoneya.com | Handle it under the privacy policy |
| Press | contact@Memohoneya.com | Answer, or say plainly that the question is for the manufacturer |
Website hours are Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET. The order desk keeps its own hours; the telephone is the faster route for anything with an order ID.
The split is not bureaucracy. The order desk runs the seller's checkout and can see transactions; this website publishes product information and cannot. Neither can do the other's job, and an email to the wrong one is not lost, only delayed.
MemoHoney addresses on file
Office
5 Times Square, Floor 18, New York, NY 10036, USA. The business address. It is not a returns address and it is not a collection point; bottles sent there will take longer to reach the returns team, if they reach it at all.
Returns
320 Park Avenue, Floor 15, New York, NY 10022, USA. Where authorised returns go, with your full name, email and order ID inside the box. Get the authorisation from the order desk before you post anything.
Order support
+1 (302) 200-3480 and contact@customercs.com. The only route that can see an order, start a refund or open a carrier case.
This website
contact@Memohoneya.com, Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET. Corrections, privacy and press. No view of orders, payments or parcels.
Write to the MemoHoney editorial desk
The form opens your own email program with the message in it, so nothing is stored on this website and no third-party form service sees what you write. If your browser does not open a mail program, write to contact@Memohoneya.com directly.
What to have ready before you call about a MemoHoney order
The order ID
From the confirmation email. Every conversation starts here, and the call goes three times faster if it is in front of you.
The date you bought it
The 60-day window runs from the purchase date rather than the delivery date, so this is the number that decides what is possible.
What has happened so far
How many bottles you opened, roughly how many capsules you took, and what you would like to happen. Four facts and a request.
Somewhere to write down what you are told
A return authorisation and a returns address are both things you will need to get exactly right, and neither is worth trusting to memory.
How quickly this MemoHoney counter answers
| Route | Typical reply | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| +1 (302) 200-3480 | While you are on the call | Anything with an order ID, and anything urgent |
| contact@customercs.com | A working day or so | The same questions, in writing, when you want a record |
| contact@Memohoneya.com | Within the working week | Corrections, label questions, privacy and press |
Website hours are Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET. Neither address is staffed at weekends, and a message sent on a Friday evening is a Monday message.
One practical note about timing. Inside a sixty-day refund window, three days spent waiting for an email reply is three days of the window, so anything that might end in a refund should start with the telephone. Anything that will not — a question about the label, a mistake on a page — is better in writing, because the answer is worth keeping.
What this MemoHoney desk will not do
- Give medical advice. Nobody here is a clinician, and a retail counter guessing about an interaction is worse than useless.
- Estimate an ingredient amount. The figure has not been supplied to this desk, and a plausible-sounding guess would be worse than the silence.
- Claim the product treats anything. Every page here is capped at the structure/function statements the label carries.
- Refund an order placed with another seller. That policy belongs to whoever took the payment.
- Pass your email address to anyone. The privacy policy sets out what happens to it, which is very little.
What happens to a message you send this MemoHoney desk
The contact form opens your own email program with the message inside it. Nothing is posted to this website, no form service sees it, no tracking pixel follows it and nothing is stored here. That is an unusual arrangement in 2026 and it is deliberate: a website that publishes product information has no business collecting a database of the people who read it.
What reaches the editorial address is therefore an ordinary email in an ordinary inbox. It is read during the hours above, replied to from the same address, and kept only as long as the thread needs. It is not added to a mailing list, it is not sold and it is not passed to the manufacturer. The privacy policy sets that out in full, including how to ask for a message to be deleted.
The order desk is a separate organisation with its own systems, and an order necessarily creates a record there: a name, an address, a payment reference and a shipping history. That is what buying something involves, and the privacy policy is honest about the difference between the two.

The two MemoHoney questions worth putting in writing
Most things are faster on the telephone. Two are better in an email, because the answer is worth keeping and because a written question is harder to answer vaguely.
The first is the Supplement Facts panel for your lot. The second is the certificate of analysis. Both requests are written out word for word on the batch verification page, ready to copy, and both should go to the order desk rather than to this website, because the order desk is the party with a line to whoever holds the documents.
A reply that names amounts is the good outcome. A reply saying the manufacturer treats the formula as proprietary is a real answer too, and an honest one. A reply that restates the marketing is the third possibility, and it is worth knowing about before you order six bottles rather than after.
