Using this MemoHoney website
The pages here are published as product information for adults in the United States who are considering or have bought this product. They are not medical advice, they are not a substitute for a consultation, and nothing on them is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
The text, the tables and the editorial structure are this desk's own work and are not to be reproduced wholesale. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is ordinary and welcome; copying a page is not. Product names, label artwork and photography belong to the manufacturer and the distributor.

Where these terms and the seller's checkout disagree, the checkout at the moment of payment is the agreement you entered into.
Two of those rows are worth expanding. The struck figures exist across this whole category and mean very little; the pricing page says so at length rather than repeating them as though they were savings. And the guarantee's use requirement is unusual enough that it is stated on four separate pages, because a buyer who meets it for the first time at day fifty-five has been badly served.

Claims and the ceiling on this MemoHoney site
Everything published here is capped at the structure/function statements the label carries. The seller names five supports and this site does not exceed them, does not upgrade them, and says plainly on the benefits page which of the five has the least behind it.
MemoHoney is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug, it is not FDA-approved, and these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The FDA’s own questions and answers on dietary supplements set out what that category means.
If you find a sentence anywhere on this website that promises a medical outcome, it is an error rather than a position, and reporting it to the editorial address will get it removed.
Terms that apply only to the MemoHoney guarantee
The refund window is the term readers act on most often, so it is stated here as well as on its own pages. It runs 60 days from the date of purchase, not from the date of delivery. The seller's own terms ask for at least 30 days of use before a claim. Return postage is the buyer's. A refund is processed in three to five business days and then takes five to ten days to appear on the card.
Two points of interpretation follow from that, and both are in the buyer's favour to know. An opened bottle is covered — a money-back guarantee on a supplement that excluded opened bottles would be a returns policy in disguise. And a partial return from a larger pack is at the seller's discretion, which means it is worth asking rather than assuming, and worth asking before posting anything.
Where these paragraphs and the seller's checkout terms differ at the moment you pay, the checkout is the agreement. The guarantee page works through the cases the desk actually sees.
